Additional Backup Information:
The Watershed Protection Department (WDP) has a provision in the Section 5.3.6. of the Drainage Criteria Manual (DCM) that allows for replacement of storm drain infrastructure in poor structural condition. Site Plan SP-2021-0029C is connecting to the WPD storm drain system and WPD desires to enter into a community facilities agreement with the developer to replace storm drain infrastructure that is in poor structural condition. The project is in Council District 3.
The City has determined that it will derive a benefit from paying HC+EM, LLC to construct the certain storm drain infrastructure in accordance with the requirements in Texas Local Government Code Chapter 212, subchapter C (Developer Participation in Contract for Public Improvements).
The completion of the project will result in new structurally sound storm drain infrastructure and also allow for future improvements of the existing storm drain system upstream of this location.
