For the services required for this solicitation, there were no subcontracting opportunities; therefore, no subcontracting goals were established).

Fiscal Note
Funding in the amount of $675,000 is available in the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Operating Budgets of the various City departments. Funding for the remaining contract terms is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
Purchasing Language:
The Financial Services Department issued a Request for Qualification Statements (RFQS) 5000 LMI4000 for these services. The solicitation was issued on July 19, 2021, and it closed on August 10, 2021. Of the four offers received, the recommended contractor submitted the best evaluated responsive offer.
