Fiscal Note
Funding in the amount of $2,533,333 is available in the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Operating Budget of Austin Energy. Funding for the remaining contract terms is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.

Purchasing Language:
The Financial Services Department issued a Request for Qualification Statements (RFQS) 1100 EAL4000 for these goods and services. The solicitation was issued on June 7, 2021 and it closed on July 20, 2021. Of the eight offers received, the recommended contractors submitted the best evaluated responsive offers.
