Fiscal Note
Funding in the amount of $35,875 is available in the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Operating Budget of various City departments. Funding for the remaining contract term is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.

Purchasing Language:
The Financial Services Department issued an Invitation for Bids (IFB) 5000 JOG1022 for these services. The solicitation issued on October 4, 2021 and it closed on November 4, 2021. The recommended contractor submitted the only responsive offer.
