The Financial Services Department was issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) 8500 ALD3028 for these services. The solicitation issued on July 8, 2021 and it closed on August 12, 2021. The recommended contractor submitted the only responsive offer. The contract is for an experienced contractor to develop a comprehensive strategic plan for the Austin Public Library (APL). The comprehensive strategic plan will be comprised of a Strategic Plan and Facilities Master Plan. The plan shall ensure that the APL has the space, tools, and technology necessary to create a world-class customer service experience, be flexible and responsive to changing needs and meet the needs of each library's unique communities.
