Fiscal Note
Funding in the amount of $362,000 is available in the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Capital Budget of Austin Resource Recovery. Funding in the amount of $31,955 is available in the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Operating Budget of Austin Resource Recovery. Funding for the remaining contract term is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.

Of the two offers received, the recommended contractor submitted the lowest responsive offer.
