October 13, 2022 - City Council approved Resolution No. 20221011-076, initiating site-specific amendments to City Code Chapter 25-8, Subchapter A, Article 13 (Save Our Springs Initiative), as minimally required to address development related to the proposed Brodie Oaks PUD, C814-2021-0099, and located within the Barton Springs Zone.
City Council set the public hearing on November 3, 2022.
December 8, 2022 - Council approved first reading.

This site-specific code amendment would allow the Brodie Oaks Redevelopment project, C814-2021-0099, to exceed the maximum impervious cover limits set out in City Code Section 25-8-514 (Pollution Prevention Required) of the Save Our Springs Initiative. Per City Code Section 25-8-512 (Amendment), approval of this site-specific code amendment requires an affirmative vote of a three-quarters majority of the city council.
