This amendment will bring their annual amount for the 12-month term through September 30, 2023 to $2,279,936.

The original term of the three-way interlocal agreement between the City, Travis County, and the LGC began October 1, 2018, and replaced a previous interlocal agreement between the City and the LGC that governed the establishment of the Sobering Center and the provision of limited services prior to the Sobering Center becoming fully operational.
