Fiscal Note
Funding in the amount of $5,459 is available in the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Housing and Planning Department Operating Budget. Funding for the remaining terms is contingent upon the release of federal funds from U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Community Development Block Grant.

Prior Council Action:
September 30, 2021 - Council authorized the negotiation and execution of an interlocal agreement with Austin-Travis County Integral Care, on an 11-0 vote.

Additional Backup Information:
Approval of Amendment No. 2 will provide education, training, assessment/evaluation, counseling/therapy, community supports, such as respite care, childcare, employment services, and enrichment services, such as after school programs and educational camps, to at least 159 clients, for the term of October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2023. The Housing and Planning Department increased this agreement's funding by 3% from Fiscal Year 2021-2022, precipitating the need to increase funding from the prior Request for Council Action. The City's 2019-2024 Consolidated Plan notes the need for youth services for low-income families.
