Authorize negotiation and execution of all documents and instruments necessary or desirable to grant a temporary ingress and egress easement to Travis County Healthcare District d/b/a Central Health, consisting of approximately 0.20 acres (8,813 square feet) of land out of a portion of the James Burleson Survey No. 19, Abstract No. 4, Travis County, Texas, said tract also being a portion of that certain 56.48 acre tract land of described as Tract 3, in a Special Warranty Deed to the City recorded in Document No. 2018037834 of the Official Public Records of Travis County, Texas.
