The owner of the needed property is AAW Oak Hill, Ltd. The property is located at 5408 West US Highway 290, Austin, Texas 78735. The project route is limited to this single location.

This acquisition is needed in support of the Travis Country Fire Station Project. The access easement will help provide reduced response times for the Austin Fire Department (AFD) and Emergency Medical Services (EMS) by allowing AFD and EMS personnel to travel to the Travis Country subdivision via an existing driveway that directly connects the Travis Country Fire Station to Southwest Parkway.
