Authorize negotiation and execution of a contract for StreetMan streetlight management-related hardware and services with Dhyan Networks and Technologies, Inc. d/b/a Dhyan Networks and Technologies, for up to 41 months for a total contract amount not to exceed $2,280,000.
[Note: Sole source contracts are exempt from the City Code Chapter 2-9B (Minority-Owned and Women-Owned Business Enterprise Procurement Program); therefore, no subcontracting goals were established].

Funding for the remaining contract term is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.

This contract will provide StreetMan-based remote streetlight management hardware and services. StreetMan is a cloud-based central management software capable of managing a variety of smart street assets, including streetlights and traffic cabinet solutions. StreetMan offers remote monitoring, control, and management of streetlights and area lighting. Additionally, StreetMan can pinpoint faulty lights, and includes an analytics engine that can predict which lights are about to fail.
