March 31, 2016 - Council authorized negotiation and execution of an interlocal agreement with The University of Texas at Austin for the Mama Sana/Vibrant Women Maternal Health Equity Program, for a 12-month term beginning April 1, 2016, with five 12-month renewal options, on an 8-2 vote with Council Members Troxclair and Zimmerman voting nay and Mayor Adler absent.
