The City and Travis County propose to execute an interlocal cooperation agreement regarding the construction of oversized reclaimed water mains to provide reclaimed water service to the County's Civil and Family Court Building ("TCCFC") building at 1700 Guadalupe Street and the Probate Court Building ("TCPC") building at 200 West 8th Street.
