Prior Council Action:
March 25, 2021 - Council authorized negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 5 to the agreement with Catholic Charities of Central Texas for Immigration Legal Services and Counseling to expand legal and counseling services for immigrants, adding $105,000 to the term April 1, 2021, through March 31, 2022, and adding two 12-month extension options each in an amount not to exceed $209,858, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $1,346,448, on an 11-0 vote.

February 16, 2017 - Council authorized negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 1 to the agreement with Catholic Charities of Central Texas to increase funding for legal and counseling services to immigrants in an amount not to exceed $200,000 for the period April 1, 2016, through March 31, 2017, for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $800,000, on a 10-1 vote with Council Member Troxclair voting nay.
