This amendment is for continued remote access and virtualization software maintenance and support. This software provides essential services to City workspaces such as secure access to virtual applications, access to cloud and data centers, data security, access to business resources, protection from disruptions, and protection of continuity of operations. These services allow the City to perform its essential functions more efficiently and securely.
