Fiscal Note
Funding in the amount of $1,335,217 is available in the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Austin Public Health Department Operating Budget. Funding for the remaining months of the current term and remaining terms is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.

This action will authorize negotiation and execution of six agreements with six social service agencies for a 12-month term beginning on April 1, 2024.

The awarded agencies for the early childhood issue area will increase the number of individuals and families having access to direct childcare, quality early childhood education, parenting programs, quality improvement initiatives, and early childhood intervention services.
