This contract is for the Bentley Systems Inc. enterprise license agreement that enables the City’s professional engineering and architectural staff to maximize their skills and specializations to design, build, manage, inspect, and analyze City right-of-way and near right-of-way assets and capital improvement projects. Bentley Systems Inc. applications comprise a platform of propriety, patented, and interconnecting file types. The enterprise license allows the combining of licenses to best provide access to the largest number of staff at the lowest cost. Applications include vector design applications for civil, water, wastewater, storm plain, structural, bridge, rail, geotechnical, telecom fiber, mechanical, topological, architectural, and building information modeling and inspection.
The software is proprietary to Bentley Systems Inc., the only authorized supplier of this software.
