Prior Council Action:
March 23, 2023- Council authorized negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 1 to the interlocal agreement with the Austin Independent School District to provide tutoring and academic support for youth, to add funding in an amount not to exceed $27,223 for the term of October 1, 2022, to September 30, 2023, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $1,081,712, on consent without objection.
April 7, 2022- Council authorized negotiation and execution of agreements with 17 social service agencies for community-based social services and capacity building to area youth in an amount not to exceed $6,727,158 for a 15-month term beginning July 1, 2022, with four 12-month extension options each in an amount not to exceed $5,577,331, for a total agreement amount not to exceed $29,036,482 divided among the agencies, on a 9-1 vote with Mayor Adler voting nay and Council Member Harper-Madison absent.
