Prior Council Action:
March 23, 2023 - Council authorized negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 1 to the agreement with Austin Independent School District to provide afterschool programming for youth, to add funding in an amount not to exceed $662,032 to the current term of October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2023, and each of the four 12-month renewal options each in an amount not to exceed $150,000, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $6,440,461, on consent without objection.
April 7, 2022 - Council authorized negotiation and execution of agreements with 17 social service agencies for community-based social services and capacity building to area youth in an amount not to exceed $6,727,158 for a 15-month term beginning July 1, 2022, with four 12-month extension options each in an amount not to exceed $5,577,331, for a total agreement amount not to exceed $29,036,482 divided among the agencies, on a 9-1 vote with Mayor Adler voting nay and Council Member Harper-Madison absent.
