Fiscal Note
Funding in the amount of $240,000 is available in the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Operating Budget of the Austin Police Department. Funding for the remaining contract term is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.

Purchasing Language:
Multiple contractors within this cooperative purchasing program were reviewed for these services. The Financial Services Department has determined this contractor best meets the needs of the department to provide the services required at the best value for the City.

Additional Backup Information:
The contract will provide licenses, maintenance, and support for the Accurint Virtual Crime Center law enforcement software application for use by the Austin Regional Intelligence Center (ARIC) and its partner agencies which include the Austin Police Department, the University of Texas Police Department, Austin Independent School District Police Department, Georgetown Police Department, Round Rock Police Department, and the Travis County Sheriff's Office.
