Fiscal Note
Funding in the amount of $3,733,333 is available in the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Operating Budget of the Watershed Protection Department. Funding for the remaining contract term is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.

The Financial Services Department issued an Invitation for Bids (IFB) 6300 SLW1072 for these services. The solicitation was issued on August 29, 2022 and closed on September 22, 2022. Of the seven offers received, the recommended contractors submitted the lowest responsive offers.
