Authorize negotiation and execution of a contract to provide third-party administration services of the City's cultural grants programs with Greater Austin Performing Arts Center Inc., d/b/a The Long Center for the Performing Arts for up to five years, in an aggregate amount including all grants made under these programs not to exceed $100,000,000 inclusive of the administrative fees for this contract in an amount not to exceed $4,475,000.
[Note: This contract was reviewed for subcontracting opportunities in accordance with City Code Chapter 2-9C (Minority Owned and Women Owned Business Enterprise Procurement Program). For the services required for this contract, there were no subcontracting opportunities; therefore, no subcontracting goals were established].

Fiscal Note
Funding in the amount of $38,484,332 is available in the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Revenue Budget of the Economic Development Department. Funding for the remaining contract term is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
Purchasing Language:
The services to be performed under this contract are considered to be Professional Services and are therefore exempt from normal competition requirements in accordance with Texas Procurement Statutes.
