Additional Backup Information:
This engagement is to provide legal services to the City in connection with labor contract negotiations with employee associations at the Austin Police Department, Austin Fire Department, and Emergency Medical Services Department. This amendment increases the authorized funding for that engagement to an amount not to exceed $600,000. There have been no prior amendments to the original agreement, which was approved by Council on December 2, 2021.
