Funding in the amount of $1,500,000 is available in the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Capital Budget of Austin Energy. Funding for the remaining contract term is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.

The Financial Services Department issued an Invitation for Bids (IFB) 1100 SMB1015 for these goods and services. The solicitation was issued on October 4, 2021, and it closed on October 26, 2021. Of the two offers received, the recommended contractor submitted the only responsive offer.
