Fiscal Note
Funding in the amount of $75,000 is available in the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Operating Budget of Fleet Mobility Services. Funding for the remaining contract term is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.

The Financial Services Department issued an Invitation for Bids (IFB) 7800 BRS1055 for these goods. The solicitation issued on August 22, 2022 and closed on September 22, 2022. Of the three offers received, the recommended contractor submitted the lowest responsive offer.
