Authorize execution of three contracts to provide mobile security patrol services with Blue Chip Services, LLC d/b/a Blue Chip Services, The Michaelson Group Holdings LLC d/b/a Cosmec Security Agency, and Good Guard Security, Inc., each for a term of five years in an amount not to exceed $5,450,000, divided among the contractors.

Fiscal Note
Funding in the amount of $730,000 is available in the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Operating Budget of various City departments. Funding for the remaining contract term is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.

The Financial Services Department issued an Invitation for Bids (IFB) 5000 RGW1007 for these services. The solicitation was issued on August 1, 2022 and closed on August 23, 2022. Of the seven offers received, the recommended contractors submitted the lowest responsive offers.
